Russell McFadden – President
Russ is a results focused executive who has consistently exceeded revenue and profitability expectations by understanding and balancing customer, employee and owner requirements. Prior to co-founding Semperon in early 2005, Russ has held various executive leadership roles at V-SPAN (Now BT Conferencing), a leader in hosted/managed conferencing and collaboration. During Russ’s tenure, V-SPAN experienced growth from $400k to $50M in annual revenue and ultimately was acquired by Gores Technology Group which through further consolidation became BT Conferencing.
Michael O’Donnell – Director
Mike serves as Director of sales and product development for Semperon. With over 15 years experience in developing, deploying, and supporting managed communication services, Mike has a proven record of innovation and execution of business class communication services to the small, medium and enterprise market. Prior to co-founding Semperon, Mike held various roles at V-SPAN (now BT Conferencing) where during his tenure, experienced growth and management of 40M in annual revenue.
